Are you implying that homosexuality creates bad people who live on the streets and/or go to jail?

N did ya mean kids don't understand about homosexuality? BTW, glad u consider me a kid, my parents don't -_- No, I meant I think the whole lot of your are acting in a very childish and immature manner, and it makes me long for the old days (when I was younger) when kids on the net either operated at an adult level or they shut the heck up and listened to their elders. Nowadays, we just have all these little know-it-all 11 and 12 year olds running around spouting nonsense about stuff they know nothing about (because I KNOW no school covers the socio-cultural effects/affect of homosexuality) and/or spouting what their parents have told them verbatum without actually ever thinking about it. It is one thing, if, (and sorry I'm dragging you into this, dude,) like Infinity, you have thought about the whole issue, decided you don't have a problem with homosexuals, but don't really like slash 'cause it's not your think. Fine, whatever, different people have different tastes. But this blatent hostility by all these little kids toward an issue they neither understand nor probably CAN understand (the ability to understand moral shades of grey doesn't develop until puberty.) is simply rediculous. ...right. That was probably an overreaction, wasn't it. -_-;;

I still don't think that 7 year olds should be learning about homosexuality. They're too young to be affected by society. Their minds are already ruined by war and rage, so why should we give them a term that in their society might be a bad thing? *splutters with anger* W-what?! HOMOSEXUALITY. IS. NOT. BAD. If you're straight, fine. I respect that. But don't you dare label someone's sexual orientation as something that "might be a bad thing" just because it's not your cup of tea or your god may or may not approve (which is such a bogus reason). And children are always affected by society. They grow up in a certain place, in a certain way - they're "affected." That's life. Their minds aren't "ruined" by war and rage. If that's the case, then all the children growing up right now have "ruined" minds because of this whole stupid Iraq thing. I call bullshit. Come on - give me one good reason that homosexuality is truly wrong, and you can't use religion in your explanation.

So you're enforcing the fact that you're a kid? That's... new. ALSO: Everyone, by now, knows my opinion on fem/slash. Thus, I'm not gonna argue about it. Especially with a bunch of kids. >_< Actually I don't. But if it's negative it would be wrong since you're a male slash fan. As for my views of homosexuality, I never viewed it as "something bad". Homosexuality is't bad. And I wouldn't mind homosexuality in cartoons as long as it doesn't go too far. Seriously, the image of Numbuh 1 kissing 2 would be something I'd carry to my grave.

What I long for is a world where homosexuality is considered as normal, where making a thread about it would be like making a thread now about heterosexuality, where authors wouldn’t have to put slash “warnings” in the summary of their fics/original stories, where homosexuality simply wouldn’t be a taboo subject. Fortunately for me, I am patient.
Frankly, I’ve never even considered homosexuality as very different from heterosexuality, in reality or in fiction. A couple is a couple. I just … don’t care.
And I completely agree with Nella and Scone. -_-

Seriously, the image of Numbuh 1 kissing 2 would be something I'd carry to my grave. I think slash romances would be fine in kid's shows if it was just blushing, holding hands, kisses on the cheek and so on. And I feel exactly the same way about hetrosexual relationships in children's shows.

I just … don’t care. *eyes get all shiny* That's just beautiful. I honestly don't see the difference between heterosexual couples and homosexual couples. As you said, "a couple is a couple". I'm one of those people who believes that you fall in love with a person, not a person of a specific gender. It's our culture that tells to behave a certain way, IMO. So, you see, using my own personal brand of logic, straight and slashy couples are exactly the same - a person in love with a person.

Someone told me that u can call anyone younger than u a kid. Seriously, please stop using these abbreviations. It's quite annoying and some people might think of you as a n00b. Does pressing a few more keys hurt THAT much?

That picture is an old playable game of Las Vegas' Texas hold 'em, leave GND alone, man. Sure, I find it annoying, but I just ignore it okay? Don't tell me that you're going to fight a girl, aren't you? GND, don't mind him, he's just being harsh, that's all. ~Nismo

I did that cuz I see others do. But typing properly will give people a much better impression of you. There are people who immediately look at your "txt spek" and think, "omg a n00b! stay awayyyy!!!". But, admittedly, your typing isn't that bad. It's still readable, isn't it? I'm just giving you some advice, Girl Next Door. And Iguana, get off her back, please. It's okay to tell her to stop saying "u" instead of "you", but you don't have to be so harsh about it. EDIT: Thanks for pointing out the typo, Infinity. I feel so stupid. xD
