I don't know. They seem too brainwashed for it, but the KND might have a chance.
Ask Rotodisc, she supports a lot of DC/KND couples.

3/Lenny
3/Tall Guy
4/Bow girl
4/Lenny
5/Lenny
Bow girl/Invader Zim (Thank you, Nathalie)
I kind of like Tall guy/Short blond boy as a pairing, for some reason. Before anyone calls me sick, I'd like ot say thta I don't believe that they're siblings.

Numbuh 5/Lenny
Numbuh 3/Short blond boy
Numbuh 2/The fat girl
Numbuh 1/The tall bow girl
Numbuh 4/........The tall guy....HUH?!! NO WAY!!
Numbuh 4/The bow girl
But, I don`t really think they`d go togheter.

I dont really believe in KND/DC, unless its one sided love, as in a knd having a crush on a delightfull. But if the Delightfulls were paired up, i would probally say:
Wally/Braid girl
Kuki/Tall Dude or Bow girl
Nigel/ no one
Hoagie/ Lenny (?!)
Abby/ no one
For some reason I find the DC/DC pairings fun, becuase they can still be brainwashed and like eachother at the same time. (if they are not real siblings, of course)

I'm not into KND/DC pairings, either, but I guess I would choose:
Nigel/none
Hoagie/either girl
Kuki/Short Blond Boy
Wally/Bow Girl(?)
Abby/Lenny
Though after Operation: UNDERCOVER, I don't think none of them would be too trusting on Lenny.
I once read at least two fics that had quite some Nigel/Bow Girl interaction (but not romance), one of them being the long-dead Operation: DOLL.

I once saw a fic with the summary "this is a delightful child lemon please read." It was 4/Bow girl.
Operation DOLL was the best Delightful Children fic there is.

I don't really think any of the DCFDTL will get together with the KND because there not conpatiable if you ask me , there just too different. But I'd pair them up like this:
1/tall blone girl.
2/brunette with pigtails.
3/short blonde boy.
4/tall blonde girl.
5/Tall brown haired boy.
