I just saw the new episode. The second one(Operation: S.A.T.U.R.N) was the one with proof. In one scene you see Numbuh 4 sleeping in this wrestling ring and he is talking, kissing, and hugging a pillow and he is saying something like:
"Numbuh 4: You like me too?! Why didn't you tell me before? Well I think you're... ". Then he wakes up to Numbuh 3's yelling.
Guess who he was dreaming of?

I like all of the proof. But my personal favourite is in operation H.O.S.P.I.T.A.L., when Numbuh 4 wanted to tell something to Numbuh 3 and she got those puppy dog eyes, while she said:" Yeeees, Numbuh 4??" That was just cuuute!!
