well, there's a bunch of other threads for a bunch of other couples (including my other OTP, 2/5) so i figured i'd start one for my first, my mightiest, my OTP - 1/4.
it's adorable. Four obviously respects/has a hero-worship thing going on for One, which is awesomely cute. (c'mon, the crying in BUTT? he was in tears) and One has this easy sort of reliance on Four (ala CAKED, when he just snaps his fingers and Four gets all physical with the D.C.F.D.T.L.)
there's all sorts of really cute subtext that's very clear when you bother looking for it.
AND you get to poke people and giggle over "cover the rear, numbuh four" and "did it have enough action for you" (MOVIE), Four carrying One along on his head.... and other such could be/couldn't-be statements.
so, in summation - 1/4 rawks my socks

I'm agreeing with everything you said, scone. I did happen to notice, though, that there seemed to be more 1/4ness in season 3 than any other season but thats just me. Of course there was more 1/4ness in other eps from the other seasons (that scene in POP....hehe...) but there just seemed to be more in season 3...at least it seemed that way...(C'mon people. There was WAY more 1/4ness in HUGS than there was 3/4. you cant deny that) Anyway, 1/4 is my favorite m/m couple in the whole show as well as being my second favorite internal couple. I'm usually not too into slash but i cant resist the 1/4 goodness. Its also the only Nigel couple that I support where I can actually stand, without getting annoyed by, the person he's paired with(I SO worded that badly:-[) Of course, thats besides the point but oh well. 1/4 rocks and if anyone disagrees...well...thats your opinion...But 1/4 still rocks! (sorry...I just woke up to find this thread so im a little crazy...like normal...yeah...  ) Also...*glares at scone* i've mentioned this oh so many times before, but take a wild guess what fanfic converted me into liking 1/4....hm? *stops glaring cause its all good:)* 1/4 forever!! *waves flags* |

The 1/4-ness in P.O.P and F.A.S.T-.F.O.O.D was just too cute.
I have yet to see a lot of Season 3 so i haven't got a lot to say about it at the moment.
So umm... I think this sums it all up... 1/4 IS FRICKIN' ADORABLE!

1/4 isn't one of my favorite pairings (yes, there's a blasphemer on the thread), but I can't deny the cuteness of it. ;D It was one of the first KND slash couples I got into.
My only question is how long would they be able to put up with each others' crap?
For example: Both are kinda impatient, but Numbuh 1 tends to at least try to plan things out while Numbuh 4 wants to rush in and beat things up.

You can't deny how adorable it is. It has plenty of "moments" throughout the season. Actually, I'm sure there's a lot more evidence than people think. I should rewatch some of my taped eps.
Sure, they have personalities that would clash but I think they would give each other some leeway. In my opinion, anyways.
The point: I fangirl over 1/4. Yes indeedy.

*At school* Gah, this computer is so dark. *fetal position* Anywuzzle. I've never been much of a slash person because.. I don't know really, but I do like this one. It's cute. XD! Action! Huah! I don't remember the head thing though. Nope, I can't. Huggy wuggy!  The way he held himself when he said that was so..fruity. *Tried to think of a better word, but couldn't* I had the urge to draw 1/4 the other day but I failed miserably, cause I can't draw Numbah 4. |

Well...there was that one scene in FAST-FOOD where One saved Four from falling off the flying vehicle thingy(cant remember what it was called)...and in CAMP, One did specifically ask Four to talk some sense into Two and Three about Bradley(I think he told him to talk some sense into them...i have a really bad memory so i might be off...) And of course there was that scene in POP but I'm gonna shut up about that one. Darn! I cant think of anything else without straining my brain. oh well. I'll end up drawing a 1/4 pic sometime soon. i just need to get Nigel's bald head right. It'll be done in November *oops...that wasnt supposed to be announced....*
Oh yeah. I gotsa 1/4 sig now ^_^
