Really, wit those fics feeshuring her that way, I'd dot u'd no that lol!! that's sarcasm, btw; the real reason might be because she can be annoying sometimes |

I doubt very much if Nigel's gonna break up with Lizzie. She may be annoying and possessive, but she also has a lot of loyalty to her boyfriend. Besides that, even though many people paint her as vindictive and wanting to get rid of KND so that she can have Nigel all to herself, she has helped them out several times, especially against the Delightful Children.
As far as the 1x5 pairing, I don't think they so much as like, like each other as they can actually relate to one another. When you consider that the rest of their teammates has some kind of bizarre quirk and these two have been considered the only ones with any common sense... I mean, really, can Numbuh 1 really carry on a completely intelligent conversation with, say, Numbuh 4? Numbuh 3? Numbuh 2 may be a genius with the 2x4 technology, but, let's face it, he's still really goofy. Numbuhs 1 and 5 are the most down to earth.
Of course, I could just be trying to downplay it since I'm hardcore for the 2x5. I think I just find Numbuh 2 endearing and feel bad that everyone thinks of him as such a doofus. But I could also see him with 86, just from some of the fanfictions I've read.

What a lot of people seem to overlook is that Lizzie has grown as a character. Every time she appears, it's obvious that she's changed from the last time we saw her. But too many folks just think of her first appearance as the only way she ever is, which just isn't true.
