The last time we saw them they ran away together to an undisclosed location in SPANKENSTINE, and fortunately, leaving a twist at the end for a future episode to tie up the loose end.
But now, with the show coming close to an end it seems the writers have forgotten about the Mushi/Sandy story arc, and that's not good. I hope they will prove me wrong, and those still unaired episodes will give an answer to this.

Don't worry, I'm REALLY sure we'll see them in INTERVIEWS. In fact I'm sure we'll see every main character ever seen in INTERVIEWS. ;D Or............ Someone can just ask Mr.W about it. I hope those two have a "Happily-ever-after" and not return to bug Hoagie and Kuki.  |

It would be nice to see King Sandy and Mushi again, hopefully maybe in Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S. that they would make an appearance.
If they were along those behind the Splinter Cell, in which they might have helped control Nigel's presidential dream in Operation W.H.I.T.E.-H.O.U.S.E. (I could be wrong).
Anyhow, they are both happy together.
