I've seen a lot of fanart of Kuki with lavender eyes, and I don't know where that came from.

In op. REPORT, Wally has green eyes in his part of the report. So I figured it must be green. And I think some members of Sector Z have green eyes (as seen in op. ZERO).
The tall girl had green eyes I think. ^_^

Op report though was a spoof of Dragon Ball Z, in which Goku's (whom Wally was spoofing) eyes would always go green when transforming into a supersajin.

Wally's eyes flashed green for a moment in op. MOON. Also, his mom has green eyes (although his dad's are blue but... it'd probably be apparent if it was meant to be blue...). ^__^

Kuki had purple Eyes for a Moment in op Leader!! But I think it was a mistake.

Okay, so.. so far we've got:
Nigel: Blue eyes (light blue?)
Hoagie: Greenish-Blue eyes (it looks kind of green in that screenshot)
Kuki: Purple eyes (from comments.. not confirmed)
Wally: Green eyes (that's pretty certain)
Abby: Unknown (must.. find.. out..)
Am I right? Or am I wrong?

In WHITEHOUSE, the driver of the jeep that was driving into the hulk-like monster (that President Nigel turned into) was proberby General Wally (but I might be wrong).
