I couldn't find a post about it and I was wondering about the KND DVDs.
The episode guides and general TV convention indicate that there are 13 episodes in the first season and 13 episodes in the second season, but whenever I look up the DVDs the descriptions all say 10 episodes per DVD and there's an implication that each DVD holds a season.
Does anyone have the DVD(s) and can clarify what's up with them? Also, are they any good or are they like some of the other cartoons put on DVD and of lower than usual visual quality?

ZERO will have its own DVD.
And the episodes aren't so random. The first DVD included primarily season one episodes (with the exception of SUPPORT, which I think was a season two, and CATS was originally supposed to be in season one). Though it doesn't have all of the season's episodes.
Though I gotta ask where you people are finding the second DVD. I haven't seen it anywhere.
Also, just an FYI, I wouldn't trust everything you read on a wiki site. Words straight from the Warburton. ;D

Actually, I recall Tom saying he personally chose which episodes would be on the first DVD (not so sure about the second).
As for why they're not season sets... apparently that's Cartoon Network's fault.

ZERO will have its own DVD. Actually, no it probably won't. That's why it's on Itunes; Cartoonnetwork DVDs tend to not sell very well. ~Regan

Hopefully confirm. ^^ As for Disc 2, sicne I get all my discs from Netflix, that's on the list, but not yet available for sending. That means it's coming, but they dont' have it yet, so I dont' know if it's already out or what.

I have a copy of the first DVD of KND, which is the only KND DVD on sale in the UK at the moment, but I'm hoping to get a copy each of the Operation Z.E.R.O. and the second KND DVD, when they come out.

ZERO didn't get one. Especially as KND is one of CN's biggest franchises right now.
