I can tell you that the villain's name is Pottymouth, but I don't have a screenshot. He kind of looks like the toilenator except he's got a toilet on his head. Thanks for telling us who the other toilet based villain is. I wonder if Pottymouth would be ether Toilenator's rival or sidekick, and will he be in a future KND episode? |

I was under the assumption that Fanny's mom was the Irish one, since Mr. Boss clearly isn't Irish. Their parents could have easily met up in the United States.

Or that Mr. Boss might be Monty Uno's long lost brother, and if he is, he might be Nigel's long lost uncle and Francine, Patrick and Shaun might be Nigel's cousins (I could be wrong, although the facial features of Mr. Fullbright and Monty Uno are almost identical and their hair color is excatly the same).
