ok I know she isn't and she doesn't have a sister it's a joke! ok but I just wanted to say that there is this one girl who looks like the blonde girl's sister I know she isn't but she has the same hair and a bow and well wears pink...please don't say stuff like "she can't be her sister" I know she isn't I call her that as a joke and look she seems to appear in every episode with the DCFDTL...she never talks she's never mentioned but I just wanted to say this yeah I'd put up a picture but later ^^; she is so far appeared in: ELECTIONS , ROBBERS , FOUNTAIN , CAKED 2 , CAKED 4 , uumm...yeah I forgot the rest but she is in those episodes ;D   |

I think she was refering to the fact that your first post was entirely one sentance. And a badly written one, at that.
Just because you're typically a good poster doesn't give you license to type something like THAT. You should know better. *shameshame*

I count a couple of exclamation marks used for emphasis' sake, a couple of ellipses (though I am uncertain what was their purpose, aposiopesis perhaps? ) and some commas used in enumeration. There's nothing on that list that supplies sentence structure. In fact since the first letter isn't capitalized and it ends with emoticons instead of a proper punctuation mark, this isn't even a run-on sentence. It looks like a disqualified entry in the James Joyce Imitation Contest. Nope. No-one's perfect -- we are all guilty of the occasional lapsus clavis What she should be is coherrent. I don't know about everyone else, but it took quite some thought to understand (perhaps a finer choice of word should be decrypt) that post -- that's not how things should be. She may not have to post 'perfectly' but she should at the very least post well enough to be understandable without serious mental effort. Ideally, one should even be able to derive some enjoyment from reading the post. Really? Imagine that! People using polysyllabic words? No! Say it ain't so. Why, what can we expect next? Perhaps some will *gasp* resort to using scientific terms too! The horror....the horror! Y'know, we should get a good nice mob (what, with torches, pichforks and things) organized and go burn them. How dare they! Don't they know that erudition is something to be deeply ashamed of! |

As long as you're not using a thesaurus to write your posts, using an interesting vocabulary can be to your benefit. And that's all I'm going to say on this. The last time I criticized someone's posting style, it turned into deeply ridiculous multi-paged wank.
