Giant robots aren't necessarily bipedal. The robot bunny that Numbuh 3 piloted in Op. IT is also considered as a giant robot.

So that's 4 episodes with giant robots (so far)? Mm, not quite as many giant robots as some people are saying they are, at least not enough for them to be going, "OMG STOP IT WITH THE GIANT ROBOTS, GAH!!!!" Howsabout this for a list? No P in the OOL Operation: I.-S.C.R.E.A.M. Operation: C.A.N.N.O.N. Operation: C.O.W.G.I.R.L. Operation: T.U.R.N.I.P. Operation: A.R.C.T.I.C. Operation: C.A.B.L.E.-T.V. Operation: T.O.M.M.Y. Operation: G.R.O.W.-U.P. Operation: P.O.P. Operation: T.A.P.I.O.C.A. Operation: C.O.L.L.E.G.E. Operation: F.U.T.U.R.E. Operation: F.O.U.N.T.A.I.N. Operation: A.R.C.H.I.V.E. Operation: H.U.G.S. And that episode where Robin Food steals Nigel's lunch... I think it was called Operation: LUNCH? Anyway, that's a lot more than just four episodes.... I kind of agree with the original poster, except I would expand it to say I'm tired of giant ANYTHING on this show. It seems like in near every episode, we see either a big monster or a big robot [yeah, 0xFF I know "robot" isn't necessarily the right term... but when does animation ever use proper terminology?] and it's getting repetitive. Add that to my general dislike of giant robot and kaiju films in the first place and I'm not exactly a happy camper. Let's face it... the lamest, cheapest thing you can do to give a story conflict is to hand the badguys a giant machine (well, that or give them a machine that lets them turn all kids into animals, or a superpower that lets them zombify everyone with a touch). Giant robots take no thought, no creativity--you just have to cobble together a random design and give it some powers and you've got conflict. Giant robots don't add to the drama, they exist to AVOID drama. 2x4 Technology may be one of the show's focuses, but if you have a fictional technology and the only thing you can think to do with it is make giant robots, you're probably having a bad case of writer's block. I'd rather see more stories with actual conflict, where the KND have to think and plan to outwit the clever schemes of their enemies, not one where we're just going to have half-a-dozen completely random and half-baked giant monster/robot battle.
