Well I asked numbuh eleventy billion aka mr. warburton about the Delightfuls. I guess the Delightfuls names are not Grinny, Leah, Mike, and John.
Q: What are all the names of the 5 children?
A: nobody knows! although you'll find out the name of one of them NEXT FRIDAY in operation: undercover when we start showing new epsiodes! don't miss it because it's an exciting one!
Q: how old are they all?
A: nobody knows that either. but since there are 5 of them...they have 5 birthday parties a year!
Q: Are they all related?
A: guess what? nobody knows (do i sound like a broken record yet?).

Hi it me again
I have this theory about the delightfuls well part from the one with the footbell helmet who we know as lenny,
the other one names we might find out in season three.
As for the brithday qustion as we seen in Operation trip father was being a cheap not to order the ninja army to attack untill the japenese KND where found so maybe father just bring cheap so he does not have to pay for five brithday partrys just one for all of them.
Are they all related, personaly i don't thing so maybe some of them are and the rest adopeted by father

Im not trying to be smart and yes seeing it now your probley right, but who can tell because normaly when its someone brithday the people singing say the name but with the delightful you realy can't tell which one brithday it is.
As i seem to remember hearing that the delightful have the same brithday.

Yes you where right about them having five brithday a year but they share them.
And also Mr warburton told me to theymore delightfuls coming this year which gives me a idea for a fan faction

In my opinion, as observed in Operation: G.R.O.W.-U.P., the DCFDTL don't want to destroy the Kids Next Door- They just do it for Father... I feel sorry for them...
