You really should use correct spelling. It makes your writing eleventy billion times easier to read. Combined with decent grammar, it becomes seventy-teen 1 kajillion (and that's a big number) times easier to decipher. If you can't spell, just use a spell checker. There's a free one at www.spellcheck.net/ if you don't have a decent word processor. |

And don't cry about how "mean" I am because I am quite sick of telling people nicely (or seeing other folks tell them nicely) about following the rules or about typing their posts clearly or whatever and then see them still blatantly do the opposite. |

No kidding. Hell, I get mad just listening and trying to deal with these kinds of childish behavior, which is pretty much why I've been taking a break from this board. It's just frustrating. |

I mean, I'm guessing that's what you mean by "i relly am i just choos not to spell correktly". In any case, make less of an effort to spell incorrectly. Otherwise, you'll be banned. |

Using incorrect spelling and grammar on purpose is not cool. Seriously, if you want to give people a good first impression on the Internet take pride in your abilities. Don't dumb yourself down to spear you a few small seconds/minutes.
Ya see, on a forum the only way people can judge you straight away is by the way you type. If you type in text-speak then that'll immediately give people a bad impression of you. If you're too lazy to use the proper English you were brought up with then people will see you as, well, a lazy person with no pride in their own abilities.
And it isn't just a burden on you. It's quite irritating to just about everybody. It's not so easy trying to translate your short-hand into proper English. Believe me.
If you are a good speller (i'm not saying you aren't, i believe you) then please, please, please show it. It'll make your life on the Internet so much more pleasant. ^_^

Adding to what Sammeh said, I'll admit that I tend to read something that's written poorly (either in spelling, grammar, or both) as if the person who wrote it was speaking with an accent, basically sounding like a hick.

this thread is just a pity.Not to be mean, but don't just find just plain logical that people are annoyed because they can't even read your posts? And as MaxK said, this is NOT creativity. Be yourself and spell correctly, that won't make people mad at you anymore.
