Why doesn't it seem to me that numbuh112's name doesn't seem to be in white there? He/she's spammed way too much to be here in my opinion...

Numbuh 112 was banned a long time ago. Banned members keep their profile page, and so their names are still blue. Deleted members have their profile page deleted as well, so their names turn white.
