Oh, man, how did I miss this one all these years?
In the Disney Anthro Robin Hood at the beginning when Robin and John are about to rob Prince John and Robin stops John from leaving, Robin basically grabs little Johns fake boobies. XD

Even though Baloo was kind of trashy, you had to love him.

And his room (or part of the Sea Duck) was full of pin ups Also, there was a Pepper Ann episode where she thought she had to buy a bra. She kept seeing things that reminded her of women's breasts.

One thing you never see in cartoons anymore are male characters kissing other male characters. It was edgy and you had to love something that was politically incorrect enough to make mothers kvetch and complain and go on a crusade, but not over the top and overly offensive. I miss Bugs Bunny and his schtick.
By the way, was Bugs Bunny named after "Bugsy" Siegel?

No, he was named after James "Bugs" Calloway, "Bugs' Bunny", though originally he was "Tex's Rabbit", after Tex Avery. His proper name wasn't made official until some years after his debut.

And does anyone remember the episode in which Bugs Bunny goes insane and messes with several landmarks (filling the Grand Canyon with dirt, rewiring the neon lights in New York City, etc.)?

He didn't go insane, just angry because he read that rabbits were only worth 2 cents.

One thing you never see in cartoons anymore are male characters kissing other male characters. Except for Numbuh Two and Numbuh One, and Eddy and Edd.

yeah, i remember that
did anyone see the episode of Ed, Edd and Eddy when they wanted to go to the pool party, so they got some speedos that snapped off in the blowup pool? I just kinda went "abweh?" when the 3 swelled up and were being bounced around trying to escape with the ring still around the 3. I dont think they meant for them to be looking in suspicious poses, but i saw it right away. My brother saw it too and went "oh.....my.....god"

When did that occur between these characters? It happened in KND in Operation: FERAL. Numbuh One, who thinks he's a Rainbow Monkey, kisses Numbuh Two on the mouth. In Ed Edd n Eddy, Kevin finds out that Eddy's middle name is Skipper, and uses this information to blackmail him into doing a bunch of embarassing things. One of these things is kissing Edd. I just remembered another, from an episode of the 2003 cartoon Clone High. Clone High wasn't really a kids' show, but anyway, it happened in ADD: The Third D is For Disorder. Gandhi discovers that he has ADD, and everyone, including his best friend Abe. At the end of the episode, Gandhi goes to the opened mouth kissing booth that Abe and his girlfriend are hosting. Abe's girlfriend doesn't want to kiss Gandhi because she thinks his ADD is contagious, but Abe realises the error of his ways and kisses him in front of the entire school. I think Abe also kissed JFK on the cheek in a later episode, but I don't remember. Anyway, I believe male kissing happens fairly often in cartoons.

Now I remember those two episodes, in that episode of Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Edd reveals that his middle name is Marian and Eddy acts like a jerk by telling the whole neighborhood.
And speaking of cartoon antics, has there ever been female on female kissing?
