My very favourite from season 1 is C.A.N.N.O.N, but I also love Q.U.I.E.T as well!

Operation RAINBOWS is my favorite Season 1 episode, my second favorite is Operation I-SCREAM.

GROW-UP is probably my favorite. The part where Nigel crashed in with the ice cream truck sent me squeeing like crazy. One of my favorite lines was used in this episode too-
Just the way he said it made me laugh out loud. Especially the way he pronounded 'gimme'. XDD I'm smiling just thinking about it.
It was one of the more serious episodes, but they pulled it off quite well. The music playing when the DCFDTL beat Sector V was so creepy, I remember that it gave me goosebumps. Very nice. I think they accomplished getting all the moods across to the audience.
Plus, Numbuh 5 was the one who set Numbuh One back on his feet. Nigel has a tendency to dwell on the things she said. XD
A close second and third would be ZOO and QUIET.

I'd say G.R.O.W.U.P because it's reveals ALOT about the DCFDTL and that they are not just wanting to dstroy the KND, they are FORCED to ^_^

Operation: G.R.O.W.U.P is my all time favorite, because that episode is:
1. The best episode (in my opinion) of the season
2. The episode that got me into KND in the first place
3. The episode that made me fall in love with Nigel
My second favorite is probably Operation: Q.U.I.E.T.
