That's where Numbah 2 steps in! Talks to some of his not-so-secretive geek buddies, make a plan, make a ship, and off she goes...hell, maybe the whole team goes! XD

Ok, so I didn't want to upload these to Youtube 'till I uploaded more TT requests but just if you wanna check them out; I uploaded them to Livevideo: "Gotta Go My Own Way""She Wants Me"And I do have my own one-shot: "Maybe Someday"It has a review only, guess who reviewed? Also my story "Such a Norma Life" will have Nigel and Lizzie as a couple on due time. So, as I said before, the only thing Suki has that I don't is fanart. Two thumbs way up for the She Wants Me video..I've loved that song since I first heard it (that was a Ranma vs. Ryoga over Akane vid...I'm a big fan of triangles). I haven't watched the other or read the fic yet, but I plan to. You did a great job. I'd make you cookies, but I'm lazy. ...I'll give you a piece of fanart if you like, though. ...but first I must find the connector to my scanner. ...stupid cable, always missing. And I need to finish that Lizzie pic! ..it's my spring break..you'd think I'd have loads of time to do this...stupid work...

^Thanks, I actually didn't know about the song until I saw (I guess) the same video you saw and I liked it a lot so I just ahd to make a video with it. And thank you very much for the offer! @ayana I can imagine the rest of Sector V and Lizzie traveling together again; it would be pretty... Interesting . Remember Op. LEADER? Really funny. And thanks for the new comment on my video; I'm glad you like it some much and don't worry, I'll upload it to Youtube soon.

*shakes, shakes, SHAKES this thread back to life* C'mon, we can't let this fandom die like this!
Did you guys immediately like the 1/Lizzie couple, or did you like another one and then 1/Lizzie?
I used to be a 1/362 fan, but then I realized how different 1/Lizzie is, and also how much Nigel cared for her.

Thanks for helping me by replying! I was wondering where everybody had gone to!
I at first was more of a 1/5 fan, then but at the end of Op. LIZZIE I started to like the couple even though at first I thought I would hate the girl.
Later on I forgot about 1/5 and focused on 1/Lizzie. After Op. IT I got my 1/362 moment but it's gone now and I believe in 1/Lizzie all the way.
What got you really into 1/Lizzie?

Me? GIRLFRIEND. Isn't that sad? The episode where they break up is what made me the 1/Lizzie shipper I am today. But after seeing GIRLFRIEND, I looked back on the other episodes, and realized, Lizzie really isn't that bad. Nigel and Lizzie both mean something to each other. SNOWING highlighted that for me.
D'you know what I just realized? 1/Lizzie is almost like Chandler/Janice in a way. Except C/J isn't really a good ship to me. Chandler started to hate Janice later, and Nigel wouldn't do that (except in bad fics).

I personally always liked the couple from day one. Even though 1/Lizzie fans themselves have said that they thought Lizzie was mean at first, I suppose I sort of understood that her actions were to create comedy, because let's face it, we love seeing strong men brought to their knees in terror by their girlfriends
Which, really, is the main reason I love this couple so much. There's CONFLICT! Not so much that they hate each other, but enough that they can get in fights and then make up. People focus on Lizzies negative aspects a lot, but they forget all the very sweet things she's done and said to Nigel...the relationship is funny because of the power struggle, but fluffy due to their tender moments =)

I agree Ayana; glad to see you're back!
WHat I think is that, at first she just had to accept she had a KND operative as her boyfriend and accpeted it pretty well at first even though in the end she got tired of it.
Yeah; seeing the "fearless leader" of Sector V being treated like that from a girl is amusing because Lizzie knows how to get what seh wants, I personally liked CAKED-TWO because of the way they showed they really cared about each other, their relationship and that they believe in forgiveness.
And I think that, in some way; they're the purest couple of the show.

well yeah, definitely! In fact, I think that at first Lizzie was quite excited by the fact that Nigel was some strong, mysterious operative for a secret organization. Sounds appealing to most girls, especially young ones. I believe that she was probably disappointed when she realized the down side of having an operative for a boyfriends, but due to the fact that she all ready liked him so much, just did like you said and accepted it until finally she sort of matured and realized she was denying herself what SHE really wanted...just a normal boyfriend and a normal life.
You know, I don't know how to describe it, but you're right. Somehow, Nigel and Lizzie are...pure. Maybe because their such a young love, you know how when we were kids we'd meet someone on the first day and say "wanna be a boyfriend?" "Kay."
Kuki and Wally have almost an intense relationship due to their suppressed feelings, and even have gone so far as to kiss. Lizzie and Nigel seem perfectly content with holding hands when no ones looking, and there's a lot of innocence in that...

Yeah, also I've had some debates with supporters of other couples and they say: "Why are those two together anyway? They don't have anything to win by being with each other."
And I started to think about it and I decided that that's why I love the couple:
From Nigel's part- Lizzie is not a super-model or something like that, is not rich, has no pisition in the KND (let alone a high one), may be short-tempered, is a little naive and love romaticism -something that isn't so appealing to Nigel-; and still he stayed with her, protected her and saved her no matter what.
From Lizzie's part- She couldn't care less about the KND, Nigel always took his job seriously, he wasn't what one would call romantic, he's a bald workaholic boy who wears rainbow monkey underwear that always hangs out of his shorts; but she likes to be with him whenever she can do it and support him (like in LEADER and LUNCH and also wished him good luck in SNOWING).
The point is that they don't look for anything special on each other; they only look for each other and for the love they have to give.

I liked how all the pictures of Nigel in Lizzie's room became happy and enthusiastic, as opposed to the previous ones with him obviously trying to escape the camera.
The breakup was so painful for both of them, the way Lizzie's voice had changed from its usually shrill pitch to a softer, more normal tone proved it.

Totally; Lizzie didn't want to break up with Nigel but she felt as if she should do it, like she would find a new boyfriend and he could concertate in his job but Nigel still thought of her as his girlfriend during TREATY and I would have loved to see how Lizzie was doing after their separation if only for a moment.
(I'm watching POOL and it just reminds me of how much I like these two togehter)

(scratching head intently) No special attributes between Nigel and Lizzie, you say, delitelia, but rather, just a boy and a girl with an innocently loving relationship? This pairing might be as mind-bogglingly simple for me to attempt to comprehend as Codename: Kids Next Door in general... which leads me to find myself in a very, very, very interesting position, given "Massacre in New York City," "Nightmares... or Premonitions of Chaos?", and indeed, the rest of my fanfiction timeline. I sought to establish myself as a serious thinker on this forum, and in the process... I ended up allying with the Courting Commanders. Please feel free to comment on these observations and assumptions on my part as you wish, and I don't just mean delitelia.

Very interesting position? Considering you're a Courting Commander and your fics are about them and your other two 'primary' pairings; I may ask about your position in this thread (And no, I don't mean you can't be here, I just want to know what your roll would be in here besides a serious thinker within the forum).
