I'd probably like to wear a zoot suit...probably dark green.

oh, i havent been on this thread yet...
I actually had my dream dress custom made for my grade 12 ball. its a bit on the gothicy side, what with a corset looking top, but i toned it down to pretty with a nice greeny colour. Once I find my pics i shall put one up for you to see

My dream dress would be a pink, ruffled, floor-legnth, princess-style dress; but I do like that dress Belle wore in Beauty and the Beast too.
Generally, when I think of a ballroom dress, I think of something a Disney princess would wear.

Heh. Doesn't kill to dream.
Out of all the Disney princess dresses, Aurora's pink/blue dress in Sleeping Beauty would be something I'd love to wear.
Actually, Hilary Duff's in Cinderella Story wasn't bad.

I also liked the dresses the Disney Princesses wore. They're all gorgeous! You know, I remember playing as Snow White in a play I had back in elementary. I still have the dress costume that looks exactly like the one Snow White wore in the classics. Pity it doesn't fit anymore ^^;. I would also like for that dress to be resized. I simple love that dress.
You know, I've always wondered if there are superhero-themed weddings...

The Disneyland princess dresses are gorgeous, too. Especially the Parade ones.
Except Ariel's pink dress. Only two redheads that can get away with pink: Lizzie and Anastasia (Cinderella's stepsister).
Actually, I may get a chance to find and wear a dream dress. I just joined the Ballroom Dancing Club (and became Vice-Pres), and we get to go do ballroom dances and studios and stuff. I need to find some dancing shoes, anyway, and my two dresses are A) cocktail, and B) really young-looking. So why not find a new dress for dancing?

Sadly enough, I miss my costume from when I was five....my Belle dress. It was just so pretty....*sighs* I'm pathetic. But of all the Disney princesses, the dress I probably liked the most was ....come to think of it, either Belle's dress or, strangely enough, the dress Ariel wears when she goes out with Prince Eric when they tour the kingdom....(what? it's pretty!)

Yes, it is. I don't think they have that one at Disneyland. Shame...
Alice has a beautiful dress, too. It goes swishy.
Hm... if I could find the perfect dancing dress... I might go for red. Knee-length, flowy skirt, and red.

Red's always a good choice, except probably not for wedding dresses. *laughs* Just because of that, I think I should have a red wedding dress. See my mom freak.

I was talking a ballroom dress for dancing.
And the red dress worked for Lydia in Beetlejuice. Oh, a Beetlejuice-themed wedding. As the movie should have ended.

I know what you were talking about, Suki. That's why I said it was a good color, THEN followed with how I don't think it would work for a wedding dress.

I'd like a lilac dress that's tight around my figure and drapes delicately to JUST above my knees. And I'll probably wear a diamond necklace and cuffs.

I havent been in this thread~ I know it!
Well, truth be told, I don't wear dresses. I just don't like them or anything, which is a problem kinda. It's a big problem especially with the whole I want to go to prom but don't want a dress factor. *sigh* and no date..because getting viv down here would talk along time.

Hey, there are some pants suits that look pretty darn nice..or even a skirt. You don't *have* to wear a dress to your wedding. Or even to prom. Heck, if I didn't actually like dresses so much, I'd rent a tux.
