Well, it's different than other polls on this board.
Anyway, I wanted to see how big a part of KND shipping REALLY was, seeing as it seems a lot of fans are a bit more focused on whether two characters get together than, say, who the heck the Splinter Cell is, or whatever happened to Hoagie, Sr., or why we haven't seen Muffy Jenkins' face.
My opinion: Option 2.

I chose two as well..I asked Mr.W about Muffy Jenkins' face because she rocks..I actually care more about the characters than the shipping but it's still fun to ship ^^

I used to really be into the shipping, but not as much anymore.

Option 2. There's a WHOLE lot more to the show than shipping. I love the ships, but if that was all there was to the show, I wouldn't watch it.
I couldn't even get through IGPX.

i went two as well....shipping for me is a freetime on the side thing. and if a show was solely based on shipping...really, id want to hurt the producers of it. Nobody wants to see like 100 eps of shipping

And if they did, they'd watch Shoujo anime.
And even that has a breaking point.

If the show has nothing but shipping, it turns into a child's version of a chick flick.
I abhor chick flicks.

My mood tends to change between "I like it but there's other things" and "Meh."

I voted for 'Meh'.
I may still like KND pairs as couples, but it'd be more appropriate if I call myself a supporter, instead of a shipper. I mean, I don't "promote" them in my fanart. I don't even do fanart nowadays. Now, my view of shipping is not the same with the one I had before. Sorry fellow 2/5 shippers.

I wouldn't ship at all if I didn't have all these packages to send!
Wait, wrong kind of shipping.
In 2004 I would've voted "Shipping is my life" (though to be honest, my ex had to talk me into it first), but after awhile of the stupid arguements and petty shipper-cliques and dealing with people who have no life outside of shipping, I'd have to vote "Don't care for it."
Shipping would be so much better if it weren't a freaking subculture.

I don't ship myself. I don't really care whether or not two characters get together, there's so many more interesting things to think about. I do like reading about shipping, though. I enjoy predicting what couples are shipped before I get into a fandom. The first episode of Codename: Kids Next Door I watched was Operation: CATS, and I called 3/4 before it was half over. One of my favourite threads on this board was that crazy and out there coupling thread that I vaguely remember. Another favourite was the forum coupling thread about pairing up forum members. I really loved that thread. So, shippers fascinate me, shipping doesn't. But I do seem to really like sibling relationships. I thought the hug between Numbuh Two and Tommy in Operation: GRADUATES was the cutest thing ever, and I liked the flashback at the start of MAURICE where Cree gave Numbuh Five her hat. The Numbuh Two/Tommy hug was my avatar one here for a while. And in Homestar Runner... My favourite Homestar Runner character is Strong Bad, and my second favourite is his younger brother, Strong Sad. I love their relationship so much that I've made a list of every conversation they've ever had, I've made a wallpaper about them, I've contributed a ton of stuff to the wiki page on their relationship, I've made up stories where they reconcile, my favourite fan video is about when they got along, and my avatar on the wiki forums is a picture of the two of them as kids. Is that what shipping is like? It's fun. EDIT: Shipping would be so much better if it weren't a freaking subculture. That, too.

Never watched it for the shipping. Yes, I belong to one of the original shipper social clubs ;D, but my answer was actually, "Meh." There's a lot lot LOT more to the show than shipping. I don't watch for "proof" of lurve. Never did, never will. No, not even during eppies like RABBIT and CLOWN. And if Hoagie and Abby don't get together? Whoopie! ;D I'm more interested in seeing the Ben/Monty/Hoagie Sr. story, on the show or in the comics.

Shipping in the KND series is something I find pretty diverting, depending on which characters are involved of course.
However, I don't really love it, I just think it's ok but there are other parts of the show that I prefer to watch rather than the shipping.
So I chose option numbuh 2.

I voted for second option... It's not the main topic of KND, so... You know...
