Probably an attempt to mimic Bleedman's art. Yes, I was inspired by that style! ^__~ That term needs to die. Let it be stricken from the minds of anyone who isn't in Japan. And that includes Native Japanese who aren't in Japan anymore! Why? ^__~

Because it's used, abused, and SO freaking annoyingly moronic. It just means cute. And it isn't cute to use it. Maybe it was at first, but the novelty is over. Just say it's cute.
Yeah, I recognized the Big Footed look from Bleedman.

Now everyone KNOWS when an almost 37 yo mom who's not into anime or drawing anime style hates hearing "kawaii", there's a problem! ;D ;D ;D The DC and anime style seem to go together very well. Nice job.
