I could have made it stronger but I wasn't sure if it could be dangerous and also one of the saw blades broke so I left it how it was.

Well there is even better news this Friday I am getting signed into the hospital for minor surgery, which will give a bunch of days of my studies so I plan to use those days to write the instruction booklet to building your very own S.P.L.A.N.K.E.R. that rainbowmonkeyluvr wanted so much so remember to check the post this weekend.
….And by the way Rozzie we should compare desk because I can bet mine is much messier than yours

That's ok if it's going to be dangerous and costs the other parts of the SPLANKER to break, you did your best, I was only telling you to build it for your own display rather than a real weapon. After all, why would you want to use it as a weapon for?

Sooper Secret Splanker Construction Booklet
Please Read before Starting:
You’ll need to use a power drill so if you don’t know how to use one please get someone who does to help you. If possible blunt the saw blades, so its safer to then assemble them later. Remember these are Sooper Dooper Secret blue prints and should not be distributed to adults or teenage failing to so will result in immediate decommissioning.
Materials
You will need: Two planks of wood about 30 to 40cm in length (1’ to 1’4” feet) in length and 8cm width ( about 3 inches) and standard thickness (which should be about 1cm or half an inch) Two more pieces of wood for the handles the measurements depend on you. I used regular thickness 5cm (2’) width and 15cm length (about half a feet) A simple door hinge A door lock like the one I used one the Splanker Plenty of screws and their appropriate nuts Some nails Something to build the trigger, I used “mechanics” but don’t worry you don’t need those. Two or Three metal saw blades (depending on the strength you want to give it.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Drill the wooden boards as shown in the picture:
Each color is a the hole for a different thing: Blue for the saw blades the one on the upper board are placed nearer to the middle so the blades will be less curved and have more strength. ( if your using three blades do the holes parallel to the red ones). Red for the door hinge Green for the trigger a you can see it quite long.
Step 2: place the door hinge in its correct position and screw them tight together in the upper and lower boards.
Step 3: Nail the handles as to leave the trigger hole in the middle.
Step 4: Place the door lock more or less over the handle nearer to the edge. The hook should be facing backwards, so when the trigger is pulled it will release the upper board.
Step 5: Building the trigger. Okay this is the hard part of the assembling you’ll probably have to improvise as I did. So I will give guide lines on how it should look and work. Basically it should be in a cross shapw able to spin in its own axis.
Step 6: Place the trigger over the whole as shown in the next picture.
Also attach a cord to the trigger and the door lock. It will be a good idea to tie an elastic band to the base of door lock and the trigger to add strength to the trigger. If everything was done correctly it should look something like this by now:
Step 7: Place the saw blades on the holes done for them and screw them tightly, do one at a time and very careful not to cut yourself. It might be a good idea to get some to help you here because it’s kind of hard.
And you’re done feel free to contact me if you have any doubt. My email is NOT hidden unlike half the forum so if you wish you can email.
