Maybe, it's sorta hard to say because she really could do either one.

I say she's evil. And I hope she stays evil, because I like her character this way.

Okay, I've made my own conclusion that she is.
Spoiler:
Chad: "Everything I've done has been to help the Kids Next Door!" Nigel: "Yeah right! Trying to send our Moonbase into the sun really helped us!" Chad: "Cree was on her way to do the same thing, so I had to stop her."
Chad admits that Cree actually tried to send the Moonbase into the sun. Meaning, like Maurice, he's been tricking her into thinking that he's evil as well.

Evil. And I hope she stays evil.If every villain suddenly goes "Surprise,I'm not evil after all!" it would be kind of a let down

I want Cree to have a change of heart. I also want it to be because of her little sister. The way Abby looked up to Cree in the past was so.. sisterly. I'm hoping Cree changes her mind about the bad side.
Darn.. I'm expecting so much from INTERVIEWS.

Maybe this is kinda a cheap way to look at it, but if we take KND as the adventures of little kids--playing in treehouses, fighting 'evil' adults, battling ice-cream men and annoyingly perfect neighbors--then the teenager thing could just be seen as how the kids view their siblings once they turn 13. They forget all about the games they used to play and do things with their own people.
Which completely destroys the illusion of the show, and messes up the effect. Bottom line, she's probably not evil, but the show could portray her as such until the KND become teenagers themsleves.

Well you're right Afalstein, the effect is a little bit different, but i think it's better that way. I mean it was awfull to see Chad and Mourice dicomissioned (or become a trator) ,they we're great operatives and friends of our team, and the thoths of Sector V decomissioned, forgeting all about the past-all those thoths must desturve the younger fans. And maybe they're trying to atrract teens. The show is made for kids but when there's some secrets and complications, teens get interested. And for Cree, i don't really know. When Chad said those things about the Moonbase,it just doesnt fit.I mean if Cree worked for the bigger boses, why would they send her to send the base and then send Chad to stop her by doing that himself? But maybe this was all a skeme to fool Father and glooball comand.Hmm.......
