Oh man, I hope it's not true. If it is, though, I think I know who it's gonna be... I have a feeling that Numbuh 5 could be converted by her sister. The mission might take place on her 13th birthday or something. *gulp* That wouldn't be quite as dramatic, but it'd still be sad. Otherwise, I wonder if it'd be Numbuh 1? We don't know exactly what happened to him when that thing happened that made him bald. Yikes. *shudders* But hopefully it's just a rumour. Gee, it's really kinda scary.

Toonzone's a reliable source, so I tend to believe that article.
"Not returning" could mean anything. And besides, this is a kid's show, so whatever happens won't be too dark...I think.
The most likely candidates are Nigel and Abby...my gut feeling is Nigel's the one who won't come back.

As much as I'm saddened by KND ending, I can't help but already love this series finale. My vote goes to Nigel not coming back. (Perhaps Abby)
Hey, I happen to like emotional and somewhat depressing endings. (as far as depressing can go for a kids show)
Hey, don't be dissin' the Hoagie!

I've been thinking about this quite a lot now. It's weird - I'm dreading to find out who it is but I'm excited about it as well. I'm glad that it's not happening until the finale though - the show just wouldn't be the same with one of them missing. Sorry if this is a little off-topic, but I was looking on the CN forum and someone said that this episode was TREATY, but they also said that they heard this from TV.com, which tends to make a lot of mistakes. However, according to Toonzone, this is an hour long special - and Mr W said that the first hour long one is the crossover, so does that mean that the episode this happens in is INTERVIEWS?

It has to be INTERVIEWS. TREATY is the Season 6 finale, not the series finale. Here's my theory about what happens: Nigel goes off with Sector Z, who somehow get un-Delightfulized, while the rest of them slip off into the TND. No, I don't have any insider information. This is purely speculation and not to be taken as gospel.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well my guess is that ANY one of them will be...............you know what............ #1---- Risked his life to save his team, or turned evil (points to sig) but I think it's impossible. #2--- Crashed his plane or got stolen away by Cree, but my guess is that he done it for his team. #3---- Really unlikely, but there will be alot of 3/4ness in that one. #4---- Got *you know what* in a fight or risked his life for Kuki, and once again, 3/4ness. #5---- Risked her life, or turned 13, I suspect it's her who will *it* I can't believe I wrote all that............

Wow, that sucks.
If they really vouch for a depressed, somewhat dark ending, I won't be satisfied. These kids have been through a lot together, and having an ending like that will be totally anti-climatic. A series finale for show like this should end up on a prideful note, where they honor their 'fallen' comrade and the rest of them will still be proud that they are the Kids Next Door.
Still, I'm glad that the show gets a proper ending, unlike others that received the axe before concluding their run.
Though Toonzone is reliable enough, but I am still skeptical about it, and I hope the folks at Sector CP will make some clarifications about this. global

I highly doubt anyone's going to die. Sure, the finale may be more angsty than the series ever was, but as I said before, this is a kids' show. Death isn't a topic that needs to be brought up in a show like this (even though death is an inevitable reality).
My son knows what death is, but he doesn't need one of his favorite cartoons to address the subject, YKWIM?

It might end with numbah 5 (I think if it's anyone it's her, don't ask why) might join the teens next door, 'Cause then she won't return for a mission will she?

How's this for an answer:

Beat that one!
